Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended, but call us anyway — fitting people in the same day is what we are known for. We will tell you honestly what we can do today.
Do you cut men's and children's hair?
Yes. Both come up regularly in our reviews, and we are used to working with kids.

Sí, se habla español. Yes — Spanish is spoken here, so call in whichever language is easier for you.
Can you fix a cut or color from somewhere else?
Yes, and it is a big part of what we do. Bring a photo of what you wanted if you have one, and we will talk through what is realistic before we start.
Is there parking? Is it accessible?
Free on-site parking right outside. The entrance, the parking and the restroom are all wheelchair accessible, and the restroom is gender-neutral.
